BRAND NEW CAKE MENU COMING MARCH 1!

We have been working hard to create a new cake menu for this year! Trust me,
it’s hard work to bake a cake and then have to sample it. Ha! Okay but for real,
it has been quite the process! While we are busy in the kitchen, we brainstorm flavors
with each other, create a list of ideas, narrow it down, and start experimenting!

STEPS TO CAKE EXPERIMENTING

We bake the cake
Create a filling
Create another filling?
Whip up buttercream or frosting
Assemble the cake
Decide how to decorate the top
Have a quick sample from the cake tops
Photograph the cake
Taste the cake
Talk about the cake
Promote on social media
Sell the cake
Repeat!


There’s A LOT on that checklist. Dang girl.

We are still in the final experimental steps, BUT we are almost there!
