Maybe you’ve heard the good news, and maybe you haven’t, but
RUBY Roasters is opening a new cafe downtown Stevens Point and we CAN’T. FREAKIN. WAIT.
I’ve been obsessing over their new space, driving past it every week to see any update possible!
The latest & greatest is their front porch, awning, & signage! GEEEEEEEEE.

My husband & I met Jared & Deanna when they first moved here, and instantly because business BFF’s.
First of all, they were fun. And second, we shared similar business ideas, aesthetic, goals, love for a small community,
& knew we would collaborate somehow! Have you been to their tasting room in Nelsonville?
They are open on the weekends, and offer our baked goods to go with your cup o’ coffee!

We also use their ‘creamery seasonal blend’ in our products! “Exceptionally sweet as drip or espresso.
Balanced cup, with notes of chocolate, cherry, and honey. Current components are a blend of
Peru Flor De Selva and Colombia El Macizo.” We put this espresso in our chocolate espresso scones,
our Ruby cheesecake, and our Coffee Banana Scotch cake.

They have been working so hard on remodeling what was previously The Water Street Grille,
to what will now be a second location for Ruby. Right next to Father Fats & Shop Assembly,
you’ve got yourself a cute little trio right on the Clark Street corner! If you have been following
them on Instagram, they’ve been keeping us in the loop with their significant updates!

We have a lot more to share about their new space & how MGB will be involved, so stay tuned!
We will give your more details as we have them! Take a stroll past 1410 Third St. Stevens Point - you’ll love the new look!

That’s it for today, but more to come!

Ta ta for now,

Sarah Jo More
